34. Despite subparagraph 2 of the second paragraph of section 33, the prohibitions provided for in sections 443.1 and 443.2 of the Highway Safety Code (chapter C-24.2) that apply to cyclists do not apply to the user of a wheelchair propelled by an electric motor.
